Dear User, pursuant to Regulation (EU) n.2016/679 and in relation to personal data (hereinafter "data") provided by you on this website, we inform you that:

- the data are processed in relation to contractual requirements and the consequent fulfilment of the legal and contractual obligations arising therefrom as well as to achieve an effective management of business relations. - The provision of such data is compulsory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them or to subsequent processing may make it impossible for the writer to implement the contractual relationships;

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship established and also subsequently for the fulfilment of all legal obligations; with regard to the data itself, you may exercise the rights provided for by the aforementioned Regulation.
